I brought my wool coat in today (1/4) as I had got it caught on something and pulled open the bottom of the center back seam. She apologized, said she would need some time and it wouldn't be done until the 16th. I told her that was fine. She called me a few hours later and told me my coat was ready! When I thanked her for the quick turnaround she said it's cold out and I needed my coat back. Blown away by her kindness. Picked up my coat and it's as good as new! This is my first visit and I will be back!
Jin is amazing. So talented! We've taken her all kinds of weird things from a backpack handle, a beloved towel, ripped jeans to hemming a suit. We're so grateful to have her nearby.
Recently had two pair of slacks altered by Jin. She did such a beautiful job you’d never know they’d been cut and hemmed and were finished in less than a week. Highly recommend!
