Annmarie provides not only an incredible massage but safe space for all the emotions to be released as she works on your body , I can't put into words how grateful I am for her and her services and yoga classes. I also had a facial by Diana today and she left me looking glowing . Today was a treat to myself , I think you should treat yourself too, you'll be so glad you did .

I have experienced Yoga classes that speak to my body and my soul. Ammi brings her gift for body spirit awareness to her teaching and has supported my growth as a yogi and a human. I have attended Yoga classes with her for the past 9 months and each is healing in a new way. The sauna is also an incredible resource for peace of mind and body relaxation.
