I called Paul the next morning and he came to the house, removed the remaining large glass pieces in the window opening to dispose of them, and gave me an estimate on cost and timeframe.When the glass came in, Eddie came to install it. Had a cracked pane in my bow window. Paul came and measured within a day. The price was right. Had it installed a couple of weeks later it was perfect.Would use his service again.

My bay window center pane was fogged up and wouldn't clear. The technician who arrived on time, explained the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He repaired the window in about hour. The next day the window partially fogged up. I called Guru and was told that happens occasionally but would clear. Today the window is clear. My one complaint is the worker did not clean the interior glass very well and he failed to clean the mold off the bottom of the inside frame.
