“What can I say ? This company is the best ! I used them for a long-standing (no pun intended) drainage problem on my property. From the very beginning, Sam (one of the owners) responded quickly, I sent some pics, and he came out to analyze the problem. He clearly knows what he is doing and came up with a very viable cost-effective solution. This was followed by an estimate that was fair and resonable for the work intended. The work was scheduled in a timely fashion.Again the staff who worked on my property were professional at all stages.Of course in this line of work follow-up is important, Sam realizes this, and accomodated my requests. “We’re a new construction in Halfmoon and initially had limited backyard space. We contracted with Pearl for a paver patio with a fire pit. During construction, the team was professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the outcome of the patio, fire pit, and sitting wall. It is very spacious, easily accommodating 10-15 people.
The brush behind the patio was cleared, leveled, and hydroseeded, giving us a large back yard. As a bonus, the tire tracks left from construction were hydroseeded, leaving no evidence of the recent construction.
We were very pleased with Pearl and with Anthony who made absolutely sure the project went perfectly.“

“TL,DR - Pearl Landscaping does Great work, they are responsive, answer your questions, actually show up when they say they will, and overall were wonderful to work with. These people actually called us back and responded in a timely manner. They had to wait until Fall to do our project because we don't have irrigation. They didn't just say they would work on our project later and not call back. They called back unprompted and set up a schedule, answered all our questions, dealt with us making last minute additions to the project. I know landscapers are busy these days and we had called a lot of different companies but Pearl actually seemed to be nice. That's crazy that this is the standard that I go by but usually for any house project we will settle for people just showing up. “Dave Testo and company did an excellent job installing a patio and sidewalk, clearing brush to extend our backyard lawn space and hydroseeding (including topsoil, mulch and river stone). He also installed low voltage lighting all around our property that looks great, but is subtle thanks to Dave's recommendations. Dave was a pleasure to work with and his crew was on time, professional and friendly while working during a particularly hot period during the summer of 2022.
