In one particular case, one of their techs took time out of their schedule late on a Friday afternoon to commission our system and answer any questions we had.Our home has many challenges for any HVAC system to overcome but so far the heat pump have been performing very better than we expected. The home has stayed cool well into the upper 90s and has been comfortably warm now that the temperature has dipped.
