“D. Rohde came to analyze problems with our HVAC - there were multiple visits and multiple attempts to correct a complex issue. (Another company JSP had already come and incorrectly identified the problem as well as quoted an astronomical price to fix a wire.)
Besides evaporator coil replacement (was under warranty and D Rohde went the extra mile to locate and obtain this part appropriately without cost to us) refill of coolant, improvement of insulation, and detailed analysis to uncover why the machine continued to leak water badly, ultimately adding a second return to our oversized unit (which had been incorrectly installed by a different company years earlier).
D.Rohde, Ethan, Lirim, and someone whose name sorry I don't recall, were excellent workers; and in particular DANY C., did an OUTSTANDING job of educating us and studying the entire units functioning and uncovering the proper correction needed.
Our HVAC has since surprised us with how much better it now functions to cool or heat the house! It now works better than it ever has before!
