I worked with Eric about a year ago in quoting out a bunch of a work on a large house project. He was a true pleasure to work with. Very professional and respectful. Also very knowledgeable. Called for an install for a $8000+ replacement for a one ton air conditioner for part of my house. Never showed up or called to cancel. They were nice enough on the phone, hence the three stars. I will review the HVAC contractor that does the install with pics. So far, five other contractors have showed and gave detailed, written estimates. One even gave the above with an outline of the job to be performed.

I had been searching for someone to service my geothermal heating/cooling system about a year and a half ago. In my search came across Natural Energy Solutions. I called and spoke with Eric, the owner, and set up an appointment. I had spoken to several other companies who said they would service/repair the system but I would have to wait up to a month for them to come. Eric said he could come within a week.
