Kol-Rocklea was paid in early 2022 for both the memorial and the foundation. Our family has yet to receive the memorial. First they screen my calls and don't answer my them. Then I call from my staff members cell phones and they pick up and make excuses, such as, " your dad is buried in the mountains, we have to charge you a fuel surcharge, we are waiting for others to be buried out there." Thats a lie and not in the contract. Since then, there have been memorials placed next to where my father is buried....read full review
