Fantastic experience with our wonderful technician who was able to trouble shoot our problem and found two issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and ensured everything was working properly before he departed.

So far, in year #2 of my history as a Bottini customer, I can say that I've had nothing but fair pricing, prompt responses, and great customer service. I've read a number of negative reviews about Bottini, but have had a very positive experience so far. I chose them when I moved to my new residence in Staatsburg 16 months ago because John spent a lot of time on the phone with me explaining their service delivery and oil purchasing contract options. I felt fully informed. Calling around to three other companies convinced me they had the greatest variety of oil delivery and boiler service options, and the best pricing tiers.
