The only interaction I've ever had with Body Be Well Pilates, is through text message. Twice in the past two years, I've received multiple text messages, addressed to Cheryl. I've called and tried to sort it out with them a couple times, being assured that the mistake was corrected. After a solid 6mo or better of not hearing from them, I received a huge text message from Karen at 11:02pm, last night.
