If Ms. Dobranski had called Sparrow back when the dye leaked out, as it was supposed to do when there is a leak in the system, Sparrow would have returned and fixed the leak. Unfortunately, Ms. Dobranski did not follow the directions to call us back and instead chose to write a bad review. In fact, paid another company who could easily find the leak due to the dye we installed.Also- not sure who Johnny Smith is but we definitely have not done any work for him/her.

Sparrow has done the heating for my mom's house on Long Island for several years. When the heat went off last week, we really appreciated how Matt Sparrow himself came out to look at it right away. It was a Saturday but he came immediately, announced she needed a new furnace and had several ideas for work-arounds in case one was not available immediately. After getting our authorization, on Monday morning, he found a new heater and was back at the house to install it. Really appreciate Sparrow's professionalism and can-do attitude. We all know a house without heat in the winter would have been a terrible outcome.

Sparrow did a great job helping me maintain my system. I had a few issues with it and they can and resolved it, took the time to explain to me what the issue was and were very professional and courteous. They took the proper COVID-19 precautions and even came back to days later when there was an unrelated issue. Honest and fair.
