Mike answers the phone when you call, comes fast, and is extremely fair with pricing. He'll actually guide you in the right direction to protect you from costly repairs in the future. Not many companies will do that. Mike/CDM understand client retention. I've called Mike a few times and he has even given me advice over the phone! He keeps things as simple as possible so the home owner can understand. It's a small company with the owner directly involved, that's what you want. So happy I have these guys in my contacts!“

James was on the job, analyzed the problem, recommended options, and did an amazing job!
