We were having an indoor wasp problem and decided to call a local pest control company. I called four companies. Of the four, only one had a live person answering the phone. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and promised a specialist would come out to do an inspection within a day, which they did. They did a thorough work up – calling us on the phone during the walk-through (we were not there), relaying their findings promptly to the office.
