We were having an indoor wasp problem and decided to call a local pest control company. I called four companies. Of the four, only one had a live person answering the phone. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and promised a specialist would come out to do an inspection within a day, which they did. They did a thorough work up – calling us on the phone during the walk-through (we were not there), relaying their findings promptly to the office. I called for an ant issue I am having and they just did not do a thorough job at all. The guy they sent seemed very inexperienced and he provided no reassurance that this would be effective, charged me $150, spent five minutes spraying outside and left. Have seen zero reduction in ants. The Terro liquid bait works better and is a fraction the cost. Customer service was not helpful and got very defensive.

Called this company in to do a termite inspection, which were clearly present at our home, based on damage present. They said they charged $200 to inspect, which was comprehensive and the money would be applied to service, if we choose to use them. Anyway, the inspector came and look at the damage to confirm, then spent an additional 5 minutes looking around. The inspector did nothing special, which most companies would do for free, based on my experience during this process. Then when I received the estimate, they over calculated my linear feet, which made the initial and annual cost more expensive than anticipated.
