We own a fairly new, very well built and maintained home. Arenz installed the HVAC system. We are pretty clean folks, actually come to think of it, we're very clean. But we fell behind on having the furnace and filters checked so we called Arenz to get back on schedule. Apparently as we were informed, it has been just over 3 years since they visited and they cannot return here for service. I told the woman "I'm just looking to re-establish a maintenance visit, you guys installed the system". "Sorry, we just can't do that" was the response I got. I won't share what my response was once I actually understood what she was telling me!
Arenz Heating and Air Conditioning did a wonderful job installing a central AC system in my ranch home. I didn't realize how much work goes into putting in a good system like this. I thought it was just some vents and ducts. Ha! It's a lot more complex than that and requires skill, experience and creativity which Kevin and John had plenty of. They were also very neat, holding a box under where they cut the vents to catch any falling debris. And when roofers got some asphalt pieces in the outdoor condenser, Kevin came back to clean it out for me. He also hooked up my Honeywell smart thermostats so when I'm away from home I can see and adjust the temperature.... read full review
