The staff is nice and does a wonderful job, with French tips and pedicures looking great and lasting almost 4 weeks. They took someone without an appointment and were efficient and fast, getting both a gel fill and gel pedicure done in less than an hour. The nails and toes came out beautiful. Customers like the space and the music. A nail technician named Roy was good and fast. However, they charge for fixing broken nails even during fill appointments, even for regular customers. It is recommended to book appointments in advance as walk-ins are unlikely to be accommodated due to the salon's high demand.
Today I had gone to get an ANC with tips plus design. I always go in with a photo of a design I’d like and they always allow me to do it. The past 2 visits I’ve had Erika (I’m not sure how to spell it) as my technician and he has just done an amazing job on my nails!! Words can’t explain how happy I am with the nails done by him. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and the two sets done by him have been my absolute favorite. He takes his time making sure everything is perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and outcome. They are super fast and usually pretty good. It just depends on which nail tech you get. I dont recommend too creative designs. Stay plain and they will do fine. It is expensive. They charge extra for little things so be careful what you say yes to!
Oh and make sure to be clear if you go for acrylic or if you go for ANC.
Stylist: I was so sorry I didn't get my stylists name!! She was very nice and did a wonderful job!
I had French tips and a pedicure. Both look great and asked almost 4 weeks!! Going back tomorrow!!
