Happened to be home for the Orkin inspector today. Tim was very thorough and professional. He was very patient answering my questions about his procedure. I am very glad we choose to go with Orkin.

UPDATED: An Orkin tech came back on Oct 10th for a second attempt at ridding my home of hornets. I am more than happy to report that this second attempt appears to have been successful! I have been monitoring the entry point since then, and I am seeing no activity at all! Thank you so much! And please, dont be too worried about my original review. Had the first visit been successful it wouldve been easy to leave a 5 star review, but what does that really say? To me, its how a company acts upon hearing that everything wasn't 100%, and whether or not it honors its word and its reputation under such conditions. Orkin, you hit it out of the park!
