My visit to Visionworks was went well. Their staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The exam was very quick (maybe even a little too quickly, my eyes didn’t have time to adjust). The only constructive criticism I can offer is about the glasses and prices. Even though my insurance pays for a large chunk of my glasses (frames and lenses) what I had left to pay at the end was still very high. As for their glasses, I feel they should have a larger variety on display, what I mean to say is while they have many on display, they are all too similar- the same shapes, just different colors and brands. I would suggest they expand their selection.

All staff including the doctor was very professional and kind.
I do not like your call system.
Robot voice no real person.
Robot had trouble directing my request.
I wish I could call the store directly.
Next time I will drive to the store and talk with a human.
My first visit to Empire Vision works and I was so happy with the techs and the Doctor and Mark who helped with frame decision and answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable in my needs to make my prescription meet my needs. This is definitely my place to go for my yearly visits and will recommend this location to my friends!!
