First off, this clinic takes exotics! ? second, they are CLEAN third, they are friendly. I was blown away with how kind everyone was! The environment was calm, clean and friendly. They provide love and care for all creatures. I brought my piggies in for a nail trim (one with fur, one without ?) they were in and out so quickly. I really loved it here!
My pups and I LOVE countryside! Dr.Keller is so great,as well as his wonderful staff.They’re all so personable, they greet my pups by name when we come in, and are always happy to see them.The brown haired girl with glasses at the front desk,(idk her name,?♀️but she checked us in today) we love her? My dogs are never scared to go in,they actually seem to look forward to it and run right in the doors.Thankfully we haven’t had very many emergency/urgent situations,but the one time we did have a slight urgency to get in,they got us right in the next day.All the surgeries they have had came out great,healed quickly.They take really good care of my mom’s bulldogs... read full review
I am so confused about any bad review here. I was going to go to Upstate Vet and was veered away by my friend who knows someone with an animal sanctuary who ONLY uses this vet. I filled out a form and they CALLED me first about my snake who had a prolapse. We drove and hour and a half and I would drive 5 hours to this vet again!! Everyone was nice and Dr. Keller is wonderful. My snake, who can be squeamish, took to him right away and knew he was getting help. Dr. Keller was kind and calm and informative and didn’t treat us like we were stupid. I was quoted a VERY reasonable rate for the services.
