Rick replaced our old furnace with a Navien Combi unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our options. His price was very fair and he had it installed in a reasonable amount of time. The system works great! A few weeks later, the hot water tank in my mothers house, leaked all over the cellar. Her furnace was also very old so I called Rick. Despite the fact that his family was due to go on vacation very shortly, the day before they left, he spent 12 hours installing the same unit at this house just so we would have hot water. Rene and his Done Right Roofing crew are amazing roofers! I cannot say enough good things about them. He tackled our very difficult 1880s steep roof in Saratoga Springs full of old rafters with bark on them, uneven, some of them unsupported, and that had layers of other roofing and gunk. He re-made the chimneys (beautiful job), and even has carpentry abilities. Very talented.
The roof looks like a work of art and is leak-proof.
He does very difficult jobs like church steeples, towers on Victorian houses, tall barns, etc. There is no job he cannot handle, and no house or building that is too complicated.
If you want talent, the grit to handle difficult projects, a roof that can look like a work of art afterwards and top of the line materials and workmanship, this is the crew to hire in Saratoga, Warren and surrounding counties.

I recommend coming here for your eye health needs. The doctor and the 3 staff members working with him were nice, helpful and informative. I couldn't use my insurance as it was out of state, due to us being in town for work. However, the prices were reasonable. The exams were quick and thorough. I most definitely would come back and urge others to do so as well.

Very professional. Very thorough. Very safety conscious, each one of the guys keeping an eye out for the others as they worked. Every single one of the guys was working the whole time, clearing and cleaning if they weren't doing something else. In general they did a fantastic job!

I always have a great experience here! They are all positive and welcome me when I walk in. As a woman going to a barber shop you get stared at by men but the barbers make me comfortable.

Robert and Stacy are completely professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and down to earth. Their rates are completely reasonable. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Customer service was excellent from my initial phone call, to the in-home measuring, to selecting a product, and finally the installation itself! They worked with my (admittedly small) budget and my family couldn’t be happier with the finished result.The installers were absolutely incredible! They worked quickly, efficiently, were SUPER knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. They obviously take pride in their work and it shows.I will definitely be using them again in the (hopefully near) future.
