Thanks guys for the fast response on the toilet leak. Out the same day and fixed with a cost that was affordable. Renters were thrilled with the turn around time and clean up. Highly recommend.
My building has some arduous insurance requirements for people to do plumbing or appliance work, but they were very patient and provided all the necessary documentation. Additionally, the person who came out and looked at our washer (which was the problem) was able to fix it the same day. Super quick, efficient, and nice to work with. Would definitely hire them again!
Edison responded my calls and texts fast and professionally, and did everything as asked. The price was fair for the insurance certification that was required by the condominium maintenance group (which is ridiculous requirement and was expensive from other companies) - and Edison handled it real fast for me within the week.
