I am on the Board of a co-op and we have been very happy with Venture. They are responsive and transparent (not always common with property managers). Their monthly financial reports and bill paying software are both very good. We work with multiple people from the Venture team and they are all very professional.

Changing management companies is never easy or fun but in this case it was so worthwhile. Armin and his team are great people, honest, attentive and competent - an extremely rare combination in this field. They've been sorting out major problems with DoB stemming from almost 20 years of mismanagement by three previous companies and really follow through. this property management is excellent. Very detailed oriented, they’re very knowledgeable and helpful, respond quickly to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend. Quick response and courteous.
