Have had mobile devices repaired here several times. Always a quick,.seamless and great experience. Phone is always repaired sooner than expected and the repair team is always straightforward with me. I'd go out of my way to get it repaired here because I have confidence in them.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ubreakifix store at 42-28 Bell Boulevard today to fix my Android and I must say the entire experience was exceptional. I spoke with a rep (Mark as his name) he was pleasant and polite and he told me that typical repair times are up to 2 hours but he was going to try his best to have it done quickly for me. I left the phone and headed to get coffee not too far away and within 30 mins he called me saying that my phone was ready. I quickly headed back to the store and thanked his over and over for his great customer service. In my opinion he is an asset for this company.
