We had our family member in NYC pass and we are in Florida. The funeral home was so helpful with all the arrangements, the information and the burial post cremation. We did a Web call with them to review all items for the funeral which was to take place in NY and we did this from Florida with their assistance. Highly recommend them for all we were pleased with the attention to detail and their helpfulness in this time of need.
