From beginning to end dealing with Thomas his son and their crew when repairing and replacing my roof was nothing short of perfect. Everyone was extremely professional. Thomas James Roofing is a small family-owned business (father & son) that has a very well-deserved A+ rating from the BBB. A friend highly recommended Thomas James so we contacted them that Thursday, they came to assess the roof on Saturday afternoon (convenient for us) and gave us a very fair price along with a 10 year guarantee for their work. We agreed to the offer and didn’t even contact the other 2 roofers we had planned to get estimates from. Early Monday morning their workers were loading material on the roof. Thomas is very responsive. He calls back right away, and texts/emails details diligently. His crew works professionally and swiftly. My new roof with new gutter and drain were installed in less than 2 days, including all the old roof removals.They did a fantastic job.
