I was forced to tip another $30 even though I already tipped $11. She wouldn't let me leave unless I tip her another $30. I had to call police to save me from there. Here I was given free eyelash extensions by an apprentice, and I was forced to ask for a tip of $30 for materials. If I don’t give it, I will not let me go! I also took off the eyelash extensions! I called the police! Be careful not to go to this place!

I was recommended from a friend that is a client there already. I scheduled an appointment, they were very accommodating. When I walked in I was so nervous expecting the typical spa where everyone is just stares at you when you walk in. The staffs were wonderful!! Not only are they all beautiful but personalities to make you feel right at home. The staff is extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable about laser, facial, lashes extensions and products. What to do and what not to do. Her personality is very sweet, honest and bubbly, made me very comfortable. They allow non-licensed technicians to practice on their clients for “free” and do not inform them that there’s a required tip amount at the very end. Owner and technician published the customer’s picture on a forum to cyberbully them afterwards. Steer clear of this place.
