Shades of Vision

To anyone who is seeing this, please ignore the negative comments. I can tell you that Shades of Vision is genuinely the best place to get your eyes checked and to get glasses. I went there yesterday and it was super quick. The incredible optometrist checked my eyes and then Safa, an employee, helped me pick out glasses. Not only was everyone super patient with my picky choosing of glasses, but they were super kind. I can’t fathom a bad experience here.10/10 service. 100% recommend.

I paid 100% for contacts that were stolen b/c the store wasn't open. The store waited 3 weeks to order my contacts, b/c they waited for the refund first. All of the employees lie, don't even have a steady eye Dr, & are discriminated against anyone who's not South Asian. I grew up in this area, & this store has become despicable since they opened more than 5 years ago. Go somewhere else, money's more important than the patient!

They went the extra mile to make certain my lenses were made correctly without any intervention on my part. I appreciate that. The staff were great. I think the doctor who gave me an eye exam could have been a touch more personable.
