They send you updates while working with drone photos and are very prompt in answering any questions you have. So nice to work with pros, I was impressed.

Royal Renovators are top of the line. High quality service! I hired them to replace my asphalt shingle roof, a flat roof, and gutters. My experience with them was wonderful from the beginning, to the end. Anna was such a pleasure to work with. She explained the process in detail. Answered every concern that I had. Sent me pictures and videos during the job. The whole crew was amazing. The work was superb, fast, and efficient. My new roofs look fantastic. The price was reasonable and fair. I was even impressed with the clean up at the end of the day. I have no complaints and I am very happy.

We hired Royal Renovators two years to completely redo our roof. Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but Mike, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. He also had to deal with picky neighbors. The work was done super well in one day. Fast forward this past summer, I heard a small leak. I texted Mike, he replied within 24 hours, and his team was back on the roof within 3 days - no questions asked and no $ required. It was fixed quickly and thoroughly.
