Great service, always on time and very good managing time so walking are taking care of as well. The experience is much better if you make an appointment! All of their technicians are great!

I go here only when I have a last-minute event and need color on my hands and feet. However, if you’re looking for real service, this isn’t the place. There’s no attention to cuticle care or nail polish application. I would think that after giving them a tip, they’d put in a bit more care, but it’s the same service every time. Part of that’s on me for being considerate of the tip amount.

Been here a couple times and i liked it until now. Dont bother making an appointment because they will have you sit down and wait for "15 minutes " turns into 1hr+. I didnt mind the wait because i had liked it the first couple times. Came for a special $68 powder mani+pedi, ended up paying $95. Nail tech suggested i do gel pedi instead so that was fine then mani came along. Clearly she was rushing, she did a poor job. Not only were my fingers bleeding but right when she was about to be done i asked her to fix them bc they were lumpy. she "fixed" them but i was still left with lumpy nails and spots where she clearly missed with polish.
