Compliments to Shukula Patwary. When Teachers Retirement was breached she helped me open a different account to protect my $. She was professional, very patient and affable. Most importantly she got the job done with panache and without a lot of fuss or frustration. I like capital one but simply can not say this about all the employees. Super friendly staff. Helpful and knowledgeable managers, and I mean that in a sense that I have gone through three of them over the years I've visited there. Regardless, they have all been professional and courteous: Delicious coffee, gratis as well. Very little wait time, if any. However, they have always been on the cutting edge of the banking sector, however their products are limited albeit through no fault of their own. New State of the art ATMs, inside and out. All said, I'd still recommend them without hesitation.

Subrina is truly awesome, the whole team is. Lost my debit card and walked in literally last minute, they didn't only help me but made sure I didn't feel as if I was a bother. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She also made sure everything worked and didn't rush me out. Plus complimented my hair and you know, compliments always make you feel great! Five stars just for her and alllllllllkk the other employees !!!!!
