What can I say? Sergio is an exceptional man as well a plumber. He's not only fair, knowledgeable but, is kind. As a 60 year old woman, some men think you don't know much, but this gentleman made me feel confident and safe in his abilities. Especially at a very hard time in my life. He did not talk down to me! Sergio listened to me! He explained everything step by step and did a perfect job! Even dealing with a plumbing component older than me, lol. Sergio of Pipe Service Pros has been servicing and repairing our very very old steam boiler and kept it working, heating our home continuously for the past 5 years, saving us the cost of buying a new boiler. Also, when our 15 year old water heater began leaking, Sergio removed it and installed a new one. When our basement toilet and bathtub began backing up, Sergio found that our main sewer was blocked and he electrically snaked and cleared the sewer stoppage.
