Excellent experience here. I dealt with Tracey, after calling her first and explaining what I needed done she invited me to come in person. I was there for about 10-15 minutes and she explained everything to me so I could understand. I was so happy to get in touch Tracey and will continue to use her for any notary needs I have.

I went in to do a notary for a I-9 form. The reception desk told me that only the courts can do it instead of asking someone. Since my job is a remote job and they already told us during orientation that anyone who is a ceritified notary can do it, I did bother correcting her. I went to the UPS Store where they weren't sure and they called their hotline and they walked the notary through it.
