I absolutely love this gym! The facilities are always clean, the equipment is top-notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with tips or guidance. It's a great place to achieve your fitness goals, no matter your level. Highly recommend!" Conveniently located in the heart of Flushing, only few steps away from the 7 train and LIRR.
I like that the environment here is clean, tidy and bright, and the equipment is well maintained! There are plenty of bath supplies and towels in the bathroom and shower room! The staff and coaches were very patient in answering my questions one by one! I am so happy to have this gym in the Flushing area!
I've been coming to the gym for 8 months now. The owner, Helen, is very sweet and caring. Sometimes she comes around the gym, motivating everyone, including the trainers. I’ve never had a session with the trainers myself, but from what I’ve seen, they seem to really know how to create programs that suit individuals, especially those who are new to the gym. The front desk staff are also very friendly, especially the guy with the glasses who also works out from time to time. Whenever you come to the gym, they greet you with a hello, and when you leave, they warmly wish you goodbye and to have a nice day or night.
