My sister had taken me to this place because I had to do both physical and occupational therapy there. The people there were nice, friendly, and helpful especially at the receptionist, and inside there, and Marty. There were also other people doing there too.
I want to say BIG THANK YOU to ultrasound technician Olena Svitaylo for taking care of my family friend! He was really impressed with Olena's professionalism, attitude and respect! As he said, everything was easy and comfortable. Olena took away all his worries and concerns. She was very attentive and careful. The procedure was done in a timely manner. Thank you so much Olena for my best friend who doesn't write English but asked me to post his appreciation.
The clinic itself was fine and the staff and nurses were kind and helpful. The doctor I saw, however, was not. With Dr. Castellanos I felt uncomfortable. Disrespected. Her behavior during parts of my visit was even jarring. I expected much better. As a clinician myself, I am disappointed in how this visit went.
