The hospital provides diagnostics, treatment, care, grooming, and free parking seven days a week. The veterinarian was praised for being informative, gentle, and not money-hungry. This is a great vet's office. From the friendly front desk to the patient and knowledgeable veteranarians, it makes for a wonderful experience for you and your pets! The fact that they're open 7days/week and late hours during the week for those working 9-5 is also a huge help.
Great staff-very friendly. My Lola got a manicure and it was excellent. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
I took my Maya Papaya-1st visit-10/21/24-Dr. Gooden-AMAZING!!! Made us feel so comfortable. He answered my million questions. Maya-Papaya is feeling great 1 day later.
I've been coming to North Shore Animal Hospital for my cats for a few years and have always found the staff and doctors to be courteous, respectful, and caring. They are good at following up when necessary and sending important reminders for when my cats need updated vaccines or are due for a check-up. They are also good at keeping appointment times which I greatly appreciate. Definitely recommend. Veterinary medicine is too expensive everywhere but at least with this hospital the value of respect and care meets the cost of the services.
