I have been searching for this type of martial arts for over 10 years. It's not only in. My neighborhood but I walked into AKM and i was "home." Not only for the knowledgable instructors but it's a community. Thanks AVI! Love this place!!
This was something I wanted to take many years ago, I finally had the time and went for the trial class. What’s great is that l got to see what I’m actually signing up for beforehand. It was hard at first but I wanted to learn these everyday scenarios that you may come across in this day and age. It’s been 6 months although I still get nervous like I did for exams in school but I’m glad I stuck to this. Avi and all the other instructors have their own methods of teaching, however I find each style fascinating as everyone is different. It’s a community for sure, everyone supports everyone. Wish I found this place sooner.
