This was my first time with them. I took 3 jeans to get hemmed last week Monday. The tailor told me that they will be ready by Thursday. I go Friday morning(1 day after scheduled date) and was told that they should be ready after 3. I called before going to make sure they were ready only to find out that they weren't. I called on Saturday and some guy told me that the tailor called out sick and only 2 of the pants were ready. I told him that I start my vacation on Wednesday and that I needed the pants. He said they'll be closed Memorial day and that it will be ready by Tuesday. I will not be using their services again.

This one star only for the cheating attitude and for continous laying.
Last two times i am dropping my shirts for laundry and press, but every time they are charging me for dry cleaning!!!
Even though i told them both time about it, the man in the store forced me to pay for the dry cleaning.

I went there and it was a man with white hair and rude treatment. Knowing that I am an official customer there, it will be the last day for me to go thereIf they don't change this guy's factor, they will lose all customers
