It was an exaggeration to say it would take 4 hours, but it took about 40 minutes to repair it here. It's genuine, and it's original. They won't secretly replace any parts of your phone. “Where do I begin! What a HONEST place. My daughter’s iPad screen cracked(so I thought) her grandmother gifted it to her a couple years ago.
