This place would be better if they have a better Manager The lady Nata is absolutely crazy. She thinks she knows everything , but really does not know how to Manage this place except Bossing people around... talking to her It's like talking to a Devil... so many patients left unhappy because when they have their appointment, they have to wait for hours hours to get admitted... she changes workers every week which is very unprofessional because the receptionist don't even know what they're doing over booking, etc. so many people leave because they have no patience to wait many doctors are behind and their work, and do not accept patients by their appointment time... think before you choose this place... there are so many more better professional offices right across the street you can look into less then a mile away
This place is the worst. Expect to be seen at least 1.5 hours AFTER your scheduled appointment. EVERY time. I've been sent home before because the doctor left without seeing me. To give up hours of work and to pay a babysitter while I sit in the lobby for hours waiting to be called in is ridiculous, who can afford that?!?! Someone must teach this staff how to schedule. No one even offers an apology. It never gets any better. Maybe it's time to find a new PCP and move all my doctors elsewhere- the hassle of changing my doctors will be worth never having to come into this place again!
I have given this place over 10 chances to correct the appointment issues. I stayed because it is the closest place to me and one of the only ones in my network. I have NEVER waited so long past my appointment time. Guaranteed to wait an hour MINIMUM after your appointment time. So if you have a job like I do, plan to be there well past whatever time you think it may take. With all that said, I think the nurses and the front desk staff are certainly trying to be patient with valid complaints from frustrated patients waiting. I don't know who is to blame exactly but I do feel for them. Not all of them are nice about it BUT I don't blame them. I think they are doing their best but this place needs help. Clients are constantly complaining. Every time I'm there there is someone at the desk upset about the service or failure of communication. Overall a very stressful place to have to visit. Hope it improves.
