The masseuses were incredibly kind and professional, always checking to make sure the pressure of the massage and the temperature of the water were just right. Their attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable.

One thing to note is that you’ll need to remove your top and lower your bra strap for a shoulder and chest wash and massage. It’s done very respectfully and adds a deeply relaxing element to the session.

What really stood out was the extra care at the end. After drying and moisturizing my hair, they scanned my hair follicles to show the progress after the treatment.

“I had a stretch and sound session with Laura. I had no idea i wasn't stretching properly until she got a hold of me.
The space is small but comfortable and has a nice vibe. Plants everywhere.
Laura was thorough in explaining the process.

If you have never had a stretch session and you are anything like me, you're going to have e to learn to give in. The whole thing rests upon your relaxed body and giving control over to Laura. After a few moments I kinda got the hang of it. Though I'd resist (not on purpose) Laura was kind and patient. I will say prepare to breathe deeply cause you will feel some of those stretches (you will appreciate it after, trust me).

The sound bath was lovely. She really know how to bring out a beautiful sound. I was a little toooo relaxed as I fell asleep for a moment. Lol.

I was given a little homework to do for my ankles and calves where she noted the most tension. Which i appreciated.

“Lovely practice. Suman is a very patient and competent physical therapist. The entire staff is wonderful. Natalie at the front dedk is always friendly and helpful. There is also a chiropractor if you need it. I listen to all their recommendations and you will not go wrong.“
