As a person who suffers anxiety and panic I want to say the staff was amazing from start to finish thank you so much Sammie mammmo tech and pratima sonó tech for making it so easy for me to get threw my appointment you guys were amazing
Don’t take the “X-ray’s are walk-in” at face value. It’s been at least a 1-2 hour wait each time I’ve gone and I couldn’t make that wait work.Revised (3 Hours Later): Just based on customer service for a call back to fix everything. 1-> 3 for working to resolve it. Update again after appointment.Revised (Day Later): After reservation made for the morning it was easy. Again, don't walk up just make an appointment.
I didn't have a referral present when I arrived, the ladies quickly contacted my doctor's office to request one for me. Attitudes were all pleasant. Ultrasound tech was pleasant also and thorough.
