The owners are sweet and responsive. I see a few negative reviews here but have never had that experience and I’d say your mileage may vary based on how nice and polite you are.No complaints and very flexible with me. Maybe it’s just because I treat ppl who aren’t fluent in English with normal decency and that’s why.

I like that you can place your order online and they are nice but they are not the most reliable - often will show up at a wildly different time than the one you booked, and I recently had a situation where they just didn't return my laundry or answer their phone for several days, then delivered someone else's laundry when they finally did show up. I was worried I'd never see those clothes again! (I did eventually get them back).

If you have time to do your own laundry, the machines are clean and the water is really hot. But we didn't get a good experience dropping our clothes there. It was supposed to pick them up by 5:00 pm. We went there by 6:00 pm and it wasn't done yet.We had to come back the next day.Also, john is not friendly. He needs to be more friendly, atencious and polite to the costumers.
