Experienced guys. Can repair most things and do custom orders as well. I had a broken gold bracelet repaired, a white gold necklace repaired, and a pave ring with a missing diamond repaired. Inexpensive and quick turnaround as well.Sometimes they are very busy (only 1-2 guys running this shop), so they may seem pissy but just understand the clientele they are dealing with.

overtime of wear and use, three of my tiffany necklaces - the chain part - broke (the chain is so delicate!!!) so i went back to the tiffany store to get the chain fixed or replaced but they said they can only replace the chain and it would cost like $100 or more to do that. a nice lady working at the store suggested to go find a jewelry store in Flushing instead because they can fix the chain for a cheap and reasonable price. found this store on Yelp and decided to check it out. showed the jeweler the broken chains and they fixed it right away for only $8 each!!! i also brought my other necklaces which one of them has a missing clasp and they replaced that for $18. so fast, efficient, and reasonable prices, happy with their service!

Very quick and affordable. Was here to fix a necklace link after it broke off. Took only them about 10 min to fix and only charged us $8.Highly recommended for your jewelry needs.Their store was a bit hard to find. It's a stall at the very end of the building once you entered the main door.
