Michael Heredia is excelente. His attention to detail and professionalism were amazing. He knew exactly what we wanted for our grandmothers wake and funeral. Thank you Michael for caring so much and being there for my family during our difficult time.
We recently worked with Michael at Kennedy-Roth for my father-in-law's funeral, and we had the best experience. From start to finish, Michael and his team were professional, kind, responsive, and always there to answer our questions and be everything we needed. Michael was especially kind to my mother-in-law and was able to speak to her in her native Spanish language, which was extremely helpful. He handled everything - even the things we weren't expecting him too - and guided us through this difficult process that none of us were familiar with. We can't recommend Michael and his team at Kennedy-Roth enough. HUGE thank you to them!
