“I booked my appointment online. I called the owner and decided to get small boho braids for 430. Due to an unfortunate even, I had to reschedule my appointment twice to a later hour in the day. The owner understood and made the change. I did call ahead of time and everything so we communicated. When I got there, the owner paired me with her beautician, her name starts with an F. ( idk how people feel about their names on the internet). Due to having to go to a funeral, I had to leave before actually completing my hair. The owner did advise that the shop finished the work in one sitting but due to my unfortunate event she understood. My hair was placed in a near bun. No one could tell it wasn’t done. When I went back to finish my hair. It was done in a short time. The beautician was very nice, entertaining, therapeutic. My hair session felt like therapy for the first time. When my hair was done it looked like it was as fresh as the first day. My hair doesn’t feel heavy or like it will break from the weight of the hair. My hair still looks full but doesn’t feel heavy. I really enjoyed my time and don’t mind spending the money for my hair. Great job.

“There's a reason that this barbershop has been in operation since I moved to the neighborhood a decade ago; I believe they have been in business longer than that! I've been cutting my own hair (of course, the easiest! Buzz cut) for a decade, and finally, I decided to switch gears. I walked in on a Monday afternoon and Yury cut my hair. I couldn't describe the exact hairstyle I wanted; all I could do was show him a photo of a haircut I got out of the country. Yury took 20 minutes and achieved exactly the same, if not better, results than what I expected. Besides his masterful skill, Yury also has a kind soul, continuously complimenting my hairstyle, which is especially helpful since I am uncertain about the hairstyle.

I was denied service by a place down the road who won’t be mentioned here because I didn’t make an appointment, yet had taken me in the past as a walk-in unannounced.
