I visited this spa today for this first time.,Very surprised when I was called to get my mani/pedi with little waiting time. What wonderful surprise and my nail tech did an awesome ? job.
I look forward to my next appointment.

I generally don't like to post reviews for small businesses unless I'm giving 5 stars, but with the experience I had recently felt that I needed to give a word of caution: just be careful with who does your nails here. The positives: the first time I went here I had a great experience. I got simple gel nails, the woman in charge helped me pick out a color that matched my outfit really well, and my nails looked really nice. I wish I'd gotten her name, but would go back to have the woman who did my nails that time. The negatives: the second time, the person who did my nails was an older/middle aged man who seemed to be in charge for the day or at least directing customers who were coming in, and the woman who was in charge when I previously got my nails done wasn't there. I wanted to get gels again. He kept saying my nails were too short to work with, but I've always kept my nails the same length and I've never had a problem at a salon, including when I previously went here, so I suspect he's just less experienced. He pulled the skin off my cuticle, which caused a lot of bleeding. He got polish on my finger tips which he didn't clean off, and there are gaps on my nails where he just missed and didn't put any polish on. When he buffed my nails with the block, he rubbed it directly against my finger tip (which was painful), rather than angling it to go underneath my nail to buff/sand. All of this was happening and he kept saying it's because my nails are too short/small, but again it's never been an issue, including here. If he didn't have experience working with short nails, I think it's probably just a better idea to seek out help from someone more experienced. He was very nice, but I would avoid him in the future. I now have mixed feelings about whether I want to come back here. Because he seemed to be in charge that day, I'm not sure what his connection is to the owner and would feel rude showing up and requesting that he not do my nails again. But on the other hand, avoiding an otherwise good nail salon forever because of one person doesn't feel right.
Gina and all the ladies that work here are always super sweet and do their job well, had a bad experience with one lady here a couple weeks ago an older Asian lady she seemed to be in a rush and was rude to me when I told her to please fix something I didn’t like this hasn’t happened to me here before this but it wasn’t a pleasant experience
