We have worked with Gee Bee and Sons LLC three times: twice for our home and once for a full build-out of our business on the Upper West Side. They have always been incredibly helpful, transparent, easy to work with, responsive, and a joy to be around. They do high quality work and care about the projects that they're involved with. We would recommend them without hesitation and will be going directly to them for all of our future needs.

Our building, in a Landmarks District of lower Manhattan, hired Gee Bee and Sons LLC Construction to repair and preserve our vault and the steelplate structures about the vault. From start to finish, our relationship with Gee Bee was positive! From Foreman to every worker on site, Gee Bee was extremely thorough, competent, careful, helpful and responsive. In the large picture - material and structural soundness - and the small focus on details as small as delicate painting areas, Gee Bee was smart, reliable and attentive. Gee Bee and Sons LLC renovated our condo in the Flatiron District (Manhattan) after a massive flood destroyed our place. After 4 months, they transformed our place from a gutted mess to a contemporary and stylish home. We are pleased with their work.They repaired/installed drywall, the crown and base moulding, closet doors/shelving, painted each room meticulously, and placed new wood flooring throughout. As for the kitchen, Gee Bee designed/built the cabinetry, and oversaw the installation of all the appliances. The 2 brothers who run the business, their crew, and their subcontractors are responsible, friendly, trustworthy, and are committed to completing what they promised.Attached are the BEFORE/post-flood and AFTER Gee Bee work completion photos.We recommend Gee Bee and Sons LLC!Services: Installation
