My wife and I bought a condominium this year from "Million Dollar Contractor" Stephen Fanuka. He bought the 1980's never renovated property with the intention of flipping it. I must admit that I was a bit intimidated and less than thrilled to buy from someone with prior clients such as Courtney Cox and Jimmy Fallon. I can wholeheartedly say however that working with Stephen was an incredibly wonderful experience. Not only is he extremely detail oriented and thorough, but he is also totally committed to giving his clients the very best. He is constantly thinking of ways to make things as aesthetically and functionally perfect as possible and really keeps his clients' needs and wants in mind. He is also incredibly kind and patient. His in-house craftsmen and his sub contractors are all extremely available, nice to work with and more than competent in their specialties. I can't overly recommend working with Stephen. You will never regret it and feel very lucky to have had the experience. How many people can say that about their builder after a full renovation?
