I used fabracleen to re-seal and update my limestone in my shower and over my vanity. The salesperson said it would look like new. It made no change. They came back to re-do it which I appreciated but it didn't work and they would not offer any partial refund. The salesperson should have known the service wouldn't work on limestone. Also they cleaned my carpet stairs and to me they looked no better than before

Scheduled a sofa cleaning in advance and took time off to be home. Cleaning crew did not bring the proper cleaning materials for the sofa seat. They offered to omit the seat cleaning and do half the job for 75% of the quoted price. Rip off alert. This is after they attempted to jack up the cost from the quoted price when they arrived. The cleaners were instructed to not even clean under the seat of the sofa, which is part of cleaning a sofa. They left having done none of the requested job. Absolute waste of time.

I have had my rugs cleaned by other companies, and none of them have truly CLEANED the rugs--until Fabra-Cleen. They were very professional from start-to-finish, picked up and delivered the rugs as promised, and the rugs were actually clean!! We had a "pet issue," so our rugs needed intensive 'care.' Fabra-Cleen did a great job--no smell, no stains. Perfect!
