I have gotten my glasses from here twice, and have had positive experiences. The eye exams and process of choosing glasses are very thorough and professional. The staff do not rush the appointments, and there is little to no wait time in being seen. They are also extremely welcoming, which is all why I will continue to get my glasses from here and highly recommend their services.

I have been coming here for about 3 years now and am very happy with the service and professionalism, except when it comes to covid safety. I wish the employees were stricter about wearing masks and keeping them above their noses.

Went there for the first time ten years ago, loved the knowledgeable, patient service the team provided. Went 3 years later when a soccer ball hit me and broke my glasses, and got a fast, efficient and sympathetic replacement. I went there last week needing glasses following cataract surgery that would be covered by Medicare, and Rudy told me what percent medicare would cover on the lenses and frames, and said he'd work with me to keep costs as low as possible. It's reassuring to know I can depend on Rudy and his team for consistently trustworthy service!!
