This guy talks barely any English. I called for very simple tax work where most of the work was done & it would only take 10mins to complete which he wanted $150 for & when I said it was too much can he offer me a better price he told me go find someone else then & hung up on my face. So here is your very well deserved rating! Very unprofessional service where you are not valued as a customer....I will recommend to take your business where you are valued as a customer & not rudely hung up on!
I have mixed feelings about David Zhang of Elmhurst CPA and his staff. In my three year history with this firm, I would say that I have been 80% satisfied. The 20% reserve is due to challenges with getting in touch with David and a minor error in filing. However, the service had been decent overall. This year, when filing, I asked that my federal refund be set up for direct deposit, and I would contact the state independently. The payment to NYS was debuted from my account. When I tried to call David Zhang, I didn't get an answer, but I left a message. Then I sent an email, which he responded to. Does highly illegal stuff, do not recommend. reported to the authorities. All staff are unprofessional and workers are being abused and exploited for under the table wage labor. Does not have an ounce of professionalism , david zhang should have his cpa license revoked and reviewed by the board of trustees overseeing all cpa holders. Ridiculous business , phony at best. Get your taxes done elsewhere.
