This is one of the most suspect businesses we've ever encountered. Something shady is going on here. My husband waited 2 hours for an appointment here with no update or apology from the front desk. They clearly over-schedule patients for the money with no regard for your free time. The practice is disorganized, evidently valuing money over patient experience. Would never come back here again and don't even think they deserve our original co-pay (which they hastily charged at the very beginning before making us wait 2+ hours). Their phone lines are also extremely ratchet. We called at 9am, 10am, 11am, and noon on a Wednesday and kept receiving an auto response of "please call back during business hours". Super sketchy. Do not come here if you value your time, your money, or your health!!

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Nadelson's office. Please do not see this doctor. I regret it highly. I'll highlight a few things. During my first visit, I could hear him talking about my concerns loudly and dismissively in an area next to the waiting room--everyone in the waiting room could hear. Also, they messed up the billing and it took multiple calls and a lot of stress to get it mostly ironed out. I had to have a scan done to check for testicular cancer. During the screening, the tech person touched my genitals without gloves on. Also, during the scan, the doctor walked in for literally 15 seconds and said "Hey, how's it going? Good to see you. We'll talk about the results when you come back. Alright, take care." He billed that 15 second interaction as a doctor visit (in addition to the charge for the scan). Please go somewhere else. I won't be back.

Wish I had looked him up on yelp before I went to seem him. This guy is a complete crook. We ended up going to him six times at the end, and all he did was enlarge/flood my bladder over and over. Each time saying that the last test results didn't show results, but maybe we should do it again. The first time "Yeah, I waited 3 hours but he was really apologetic and super friendly. Kind of like a snazzy cool doctor."I knew the warning signs, a three hour wait to see a doctor who then brushes aside the wait time? Hell no. Run for the hills. I was too nice and decided to see him again. Getting my urination problems solved was important.I asked the front desk for an earlier appointment and was given the first appointment of the day. Which again, Nadelson showed up 2 hours late for. So what was the point. He has no sense of time, and does not care about other people's time. It's infuriating. He says he's going to run the test himself, but then makes the nurse do it. The nurse says to ME -- "I can't don't know how to run the test." She but can't figure out how to do it well. She keeps asking for help from another nurse, and we're waiting for Nadelson to just come back and do it. He never comes back, so she runs the procedure. So it's wildly painful. They send me away, and make me make another appointment to get the results. The next appointment, I get a call from the front desk telling me to quickly come in -- they have realise how upsetting it is to wait 3 hours when you have a set appointment time. (Which btw -- they ask you to come in 15 minutes before your set appointment time. What's the point of an appt then?) This kind woman is trying to force Nadelson to see me on time.I ~only~ have to wait 1.5 hours this time. He says to me, the test didn't show any results. I mention that the nurse had a hard time doing it, and didn't know how to do it. He says, alright he'll do it himself this time and I won't be charged. (Bet you know what happens later) He does it in a few minutes and it's way less painful. I wish he had just done it the first time like he said he would. But the guy is running around seeing 4-5 patients at a time. Giving all of us mediocre service.I ask the him if we can discuss the results over a tele-appointment and he says he doesn't do them. When I ask the front desk if he does tele-appointments, they say of course he does. And marks me down for one.A few weeks later, it's time for my tele-appointment, the front desk says there wasn't one in the computer. Really weird, considering I saw the front desk put it in and she showed me her monitor. Whatever sketchy stuff is happening. They reschedule my appointment, again he shows up 2 hours late and says to me, "Oh, the test didn't show up again. Let's do it again and see what happens."I'm completely fed up by now. Everyone, you don't need to be a doctor would move onto something else! He's not even talking to me about my issues any more. He's just running some insurance scan. He doesn't even show me the results of the test! It's frustrating! He's trying to get me to my another appointment, even finally apologising for continuously showing up late to every meeting. "Oh, you know what life is." Yes I do, doc. You're wasting hours of it when I should be at work.He doesn't mention an alternative treatments. None at all. I had enough. A few weeks later, I went to another urologist who was shocked by my experience. I was able to get my issues solved in one appointment. He said Nadelson didn't need to perform the unnecessary test. TWiCE almost THRICE over.My insurance was billed multiple times and I'm still arguing with his office and my company. I was taken advantage of and my issue wasn't even solved. He has absolutely no respect for his patients. Run for the hill. Run for the hill QUICKLY.
